Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

New Clients should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their appointment, to complete the consultation form.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to forfeit booking deposit. If your appointments are prepaid, we will forfeit one session of your prepaid program.

If you are late, we may not be able to provide your full treatment.

Refund Policy

Clara Luxe Skin and Laser has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid programs (whether these programs are paid in full or not) if you change your mind, or in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.

Collection of Personal Information

In our privacy policy “Personal Information” includes personal identifiable information like your name, street address, email address and telephone number. Sensitive information like your health issues and medications is required for us to provide you the correct treatment in the safest manner.

When you make an enquiry about us or our services or products, you may be asked to provide personal information so that we are able to assist with your enquiry.

When you provide us with Personal Information, you are authorising us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy, which includes your rights to limit our use of the Personal Information.

We will not collect or use any personal information without your consent.

We collect personal information with your consent to primarily to enable us to provide you with our services and products based on your needs. We may also use your information to offer you our current specials from time to time.

Terms & Conditions

Treatment packages

Up to 6 prepaid treatment programs have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase. More than 7 prepaid treatment programs have a validity of 18 months from the date of purchase.

There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-paid treatments.

All treatments and services are non transferable for other treatments or to other individuals.

Promotions

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotions apply only to full priced treatments.
Promotions are not refundable or transferable between clients.
Packages are not to be split between clients.
Treatment packages are not to be altered.
Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings paid during the promotion period.
Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability.
Clara Luxe Skin and Laser may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

12 Days of Christmas Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to purchases made during the Clara Luxe Skin and Laser “12 Days of Christmas” promotion period. These are supplementary to our general Website and Treatment Terms & Conditions.

General Promotion Terms (Applicable to All Deals)

Purchase Period: Offers are strictly limited to the specific day they are advertised during the “12 Days of Christmas” promotion period.
Commencement Deadline: All promotional treatment packages must have the first session commenced on or before February 28, 2026. Failure to commence treatment by this date may result in forfeiture of the promotional price or package value.
Transferability: Unless otherwise stated in the specific deal terms below, promotional packages are Non-Transferable to another individual after the purchase has been made or once the first treatment has been commenced.
Same Individual Policy: For all treatment packages (deals offering multiple sessions), the entire package must be utilised by the same individual who commenced the first session. Treatment splitting between individuals is strictly prohibited.
